There are 10 saibamen and appule has proir knowledge with speed equalized. Fight takes place aboard Frieza’s ship.

Appule managed to survive in a fight with the Namekian Warriors from Moori's village, who have a power level of 3,000

That said, Appule didn't defeated any of them, and it was Zarbon and Dodoria who did the work

He might be somewhere between Raditz and BP of 3,000 , but I'm not sure if he could take all of them at once
