Where does the Sub-Relativistic feat come from, again? I forgot.

But that highlights why we really need to stop including "via powerscaling to other Pokemon" as a reason to justify these rankings. It is lazy and it overcomplicates things; why can't we just link the feats, or the Pokemon that have such feats?

I'm rather irritated about this, as we've already had a discussion about it. We already have the feats needed for this verse, why can't we just link them instead of merely stating that they "scale to other Pokemon"?

Please do not add "via power-scaling" as a justification for a character's abilities, without indicating who the character is being scaled to and said character's feats. Doing otherwise makes the reasoning meaningless and complicates profiles.
