Why does Arceus only have Type 1 immortality. It's capable of creating avatars, so why doesn't it have Type 9 immortality?

But Dialga and Palkia have type 9, and that's because they exist on a high plane of reality. Are we saying that Jewel of Life wasn't canon and that Arceus shouldn't have Type 9?

Dialga and Palkia shouldn't have Type 9, its Arceus' profile that is correct, in that the profiles are for the true forms so they should have only avatar creation and not Type 9

Technically Arceus is the Avatar and the True Form is called the Original Spirit.

Giratina also has Type 9 on its profile but its profile confuses me so I'm unsure if it should be there or not.
