Arceus' Most Potent Hax?

So, today, I looked through Arceus' profile, to see if it had gotten any new abilities over the past few months. As it turns out, it suddenly has Vector Manipulation. I can't find a thread that has granted such an ability, nor can I find any justification for it. Is there a possibility that anyone here can explain WHY it has a power like that, much more commonly associated with characters that are hax gods even compared to all of fiction?

Vector Manipulation (Z-Moves cannot miss)

Or this

minor Vector Manipulation (Pokémon with a high enough friendship to the Player can use their head to bounce a Pokéball always to the exact center of a Pokémon where it’s most likely to result in a catch)

Basically Vector Manipulation isn't innately that powerful, it's just it's such a rare power that the only character you know who have it are god tiers.

How are either of those vector manipulation rather than simple homing attacks?

Headbutting something accurately shouldn’t unless there’s more context explaining it, as it’s just applying more force, not manipulating the thing’s properties.

I have confirmed that Arceus is the only thing in the LT/CT that has Vector Hax on their profile, making it unlikely to be some kind of blanket power.
