Then why did you brought that up(Universal LS) ? If she does scale for one she also doesn't for the other. In all case it should be low-2C and Immeasurable LS with that technique.

Wasn't if those feats were enough plus it's big jump for gods from 5-C to Tier 2.(The profiles are outdated though)
