Askin Nakk Le Vaar vs. Berserker (Fate/Stay Night)

I thought it would be inconclusive as Berserker has an ability that makes him immune to the attack that killed him last which would mean Askin's poison in this case so it wouldn't really matter how many ways Askin could kill him with poison since Berserker would already be immune to it.

Nope. Askin can adjust its lethal dose and make the poison lethal to Berserker once again. As you said before Berserker has immunity against the poison but to be precise is that he immune at certain degree of the poison so what if Askin adjust its lethal dose to the point Berserker's body can't even tolerate to the poison?

It's basically like this.

Treat death like an illness. Berserker can contract one but afterwards gains immunity to it. His max amount of immunities is 7. Askin... has a lot of diseases/ways to kill him off by adjusting his poison dosage. It's as he said, each poison is distinct from each one as long as he adjusts it.

I'm with Scarlet's interpretation. Merely being damaged by flames would grant him resistance to fire, so the same logic should go for poison. Once he's killed by something, he explicitly becomes immune to it unless it takes all of his remaining lives at once. No amount of tweaking will change the fact that he's immune to poison.

@Core

For the record, his max amount of immunities is 11 since he has 12 lives.
