Dreamy Bowser tends to rely on fire attacks and summoning minions, which Asriel shouldn't have much issue with dealing. Duplication could help Bowser, but as it involves only making a single copy of himself for one attack, it probably won't amount to much. Asriel's danmaku's gonna be problematic for Bowser, especially with his ability to hurt souls. SAVE and LOAd also help, as well as devouring the timeline if that could work on Bowser. Overall, I think Asriel wins for his soul damaging ability, danmaku, and time manipulation.

Uh, what is Asriel gonna do? Bowser starts with forcefields and EE. His ap is waaaay higher than Asriel's. So Bowser one-shots here and Asriel can't really harm Bowser.

Pretty sure Asriel does have the higher AP, because we still consider him to be infinitely above Flowey and all, and not just because of stats since we don't even know Flowey's

He was about to yeet Mario and Luigi with the Dream Stone before Peach and Starlow blasted him with positive emotions or something, then he became Dreamy Bowser and came down with a bad case of PIS, preventing him from using any of his abilities to win his battle with Mario and Luigi. In short if you ignore the PIS riddled fight that is Dream Teams final boss the first two things he did with the Dream Stone was forcefield creation and (attempted) existence erasure.
