I'm honestly shocked their AP lined up this well, usually thematic matches don't happen that often due to varying AP.

Base versions for each.
Speed equalized.
Black Mask is aware of Red Skull's standard equipment.
Fight takes place in SFV's Shadaloo Base, abandoned and at night.
