Attack on Titan memory manipulation resistance downgrade

I wondered for some time were that resistance that the Ackermans like Levi and Mikasa have comes from.

Apparently it is based o these statements.

The problem with that is... that isn't resistance. As the scans already explain the memory wiping power only works on the "majority race".

The majority race refers to the Subjects of Ymir, the people with Titan heritage. Within the walls they are the majority, but by worldwide standards the Subjects of Ymir are a small minority amongst humans.

The Ackerman only resist the memory manip in question, because the ability only effects Subject of Ymir and the Ackerman aren't Subjects of Ymir just like most of humanity.

In other words they are exempt due to a limitation of the ability, not because they have a resistance.

The above really makes it look like the Memory Manip being limited, since it up and says that.

That might be an art inconsistency. It doesn't make a lot of sense considering when Zeke and Eren went to the Paths dimension they weren't actually physically there.

Hmm, we'll see more in the future probably. It might be art inconsistency but that's an assumption itself. I'm not gonna say it's likely to happen either. Just something to see in the future
