Barney vs Sportacus

Reposting from another thread, since the same sentiment applies.

Having Transmutation doesn't mean you can use it to win.

I have a character that can turn sand into soil, that doesn't mean they can transmute-hax Goku, or any character, for a win. It just means they can turn sand into soil.

Barney can turn a fake rocket into a real one. That's it. No more, no less.

Sportacus stomps, Barney has no wincon.
