There is one big mistake made by everyone here. They all forgot that there is one very important character that appears a lot and that is Farmer with a Shotgun. he has only gotten way stronger since the beggining of dragon ball so let me explain what the scaling would look like for him.

Farmer with a Shotgun

Powers and abilities:

Shotgun manipulation, weapon mastery, ki manipulation, likely wormhole creation (anyone stronger than buu should be capable of creating a wormhole by just shouting), immortality (types 1 and 2), farm manipulation, ostrich manipulation

attack potency: likely 5-B (shot raditz from a gun which forced him to block the bullet)/ low 4-C (practically unphazed by Android 20's ki blast)/ 3-A (some thugs were capable of harming base DBS goku with a pistol. Assuming that was a glock, the sawn of shotgun that he uses should have 5.46 times the energy of it)/ likely low 2-C with truck (the truck should be capable of withstanding countless blasts from a shotgun)

speed: Relativistic (reacted to Raditz)/ FTL+ (could see gohan flying and saw multiple fights from a distance and capable of reacting to them)

I disagree with this HEAVILY.

You really downplayed the STRONGEST character in Dragon Ball. First of all, all the feats you mentioned are in his heavily suppressed form, so they don't count. His true form is enough to one-shot Zeno.

He also resists ALL Hax in existence. And has some hax of his own, such as Reality warping, Time and Space Manipulation, Conceptual Manipulation, High-Godly regen,Abstract Existence, and Existence Erasure. His mere presence induces insanity.
