Felicia was given cybernetic augmentation in Web of Spider-Man, Vol 2 #12, I believe, so she is indeed enhanced.

Well, she lost her original powers and gained the new ones in Peter Parker, The Spectacular Spider-Man, Vol 1 #115 (1986) and gained her cybernetic enhancements in 2010.

Sabretooth was also not presented as nearly as dangerous as later within that story. He had no healing factor and did very little damage with his blows.

By that logic Kingpin should be High 8-C, and thus every 9-A gets upped to High 8-C. She cannot harm Spider-Man consistently enough with no BS 'holding back' statements given in-comic.

No, because of express statements given by Peter and the editors, it isn't consistent. Besides, Spider-Man has a low piercing damage resist, and Felicia uses claws, so we can equate her damaging him to that.
