Thank you all for your patience on this. In this CRT I will go over the various tier/stat changes for the character Black Hat. If there is any confusion just say the word and I will explain best I can, sorry if I am not able to respond immediately. There is more content coming out for the series soon with the return of CreepyCharlie Blogs and an entire new spin off series in the work, so I want to make sure this stuff is in before the new material is released.

In the second volume a structure and universe found within the book was expanded on. The Ribcage and the End of the book, which are both concrete structures. Within this Black Hat was able to have all universes physically flow into this one universe.
Black Hat's abilities should scale physically, with a Hatbot who is given a top hat (which is a rank given in the Black Hat Organization with abilities directly from Black Hat) is given "infinite power”, where all of their physical attacks do infinite damage.

The truck was immersed in a kind of underground rapids, passing through countless tunnels and small waterfalls. Feeling the jolting and the accelerated speed at which the vehicle was being swept away, Sam, Walton, Jeremy, and Kaleb clung to whatever they could to avoid being thrown around inside the truck. Finally, after an intense and fast journey through the tunnels, the truck reached a quieter area and Kaleb could make out where they were. Kaleb didn't understand how, since he was sure they were going to crash at any moment. It was either that or perhaps the boy's subconscious desire for the ship to crash so that Fuego and his band of assassins couldn't get out of there. He hoped that a catastrophe would save him from helping the wretches who took Tabet's life before his eyes. Finally, after an intense and fast journey through the tunnels, the boat reached a quieter area. Then Kaleb could make out where they were. They were the same sewers through which he had first arrived in the Huachi Kingdom. He immediately recognized those walls, the huge metal pipes, and the various giant holes through which water gushed.

He received no answer, only the crackling of the fire around him and the creaking of the ship's planks sinking into darkness.
“I want... to make a deal,” he whispered.

Suddenly, the flames and fog froze abruptly in place, motionless. It even seemed as if the ship had stopped sinking.
Until he could see it, walking on the black water as if it were solid ground, leaning on his cane with each step, making it rumble.
Kaleb didn't take his eyes off him, his breathing was labored; it hurt to inhale because of fear and his wounds.
The being reached the wreckage of La Flama and climbed up the sloping stern until he stood directly in front of the boy.
And then he saw him in detail. He was very tall and thin, with

The Author is on record saying that Demencia and Flug don’t think Black Hat can be rivaled, and Flug thinks there is something that can harm him out there (Also confirmed in the show). The fact Flug has to theorize that there is something out there that can harm Black Hat means he has not seen something that can yet.
At bare minimum this puts Black Hat above Black Hat Organization’s several planet busters products or gas giant eaters. Which is backed up by Black Hat himself; when asked if anything he sells would make them as strong as him, he just said no. And most likely puts him above the universe reset clash via Crossover Pops and Anti-pops (which again is canon to Villainous), which was further backed up by Flug and Demencia not seeing anyone else as a rival.
TL: DR: At least Planet to Large Planet Level durability, Likely low 2-C Dura as well

Black Hat should upscale from the clones created by the Evil Ray, which is powered by the corruption of the island from Black Hat and can only copy the appearance of what ever is created. In this feat Black Hat's clone rips out a gym by removing the entire foundation along with it. Leading this clone to get a lifting strength of Class M, leading to Black Hat being at least Class M due to likely being much stronger than this.
Black Hat should upscale from the clones created by the Evil Ray, which is powered by the corruption of the island from Black Hat and can only copy the appearance of what ever is created. In this feat Black Hat's clone rips out a gym by removing the entire foundation along with it. Leading this clone to get a lifting strength of Class M, leading to Black Hat being at least Class M due to likely being much stronger than this.
The Master’s existence in the universe causes the end of all universes, this is already confirmed and in the profile. It has been stated multiple times that there is a multiverse (1, 2). With interdimensional portals that are on par with Black Hat, able to reach any time and place. And it being stated there are many more universes outside of the book.

- The positive side is that the worm will take you out of the dimension of this book. However, I'm not sure what dimension you might end up in. I hope it's your own and that you can return to your normal life. If not, maybe we can meet and get to know each other. I would love to talk to someone who has experienced what you have.
The true form itself lies outside of the multiverse in a different dimension: “....to signs of something terrible trying to invade our dimension and perceived collectively through dreams…”. This line is also backed up by the prophecy of the red eclipse: “But from the deep and malignant darkness that sleeps beyond the spherical orchards”. If the true form/Master had a physical place of the multiverse it would be the end for all the universes, despite the fact base form has the ability to travel the entire multiverse (and all of time). Showing over and over the true form is outside of the multiverse itself and in another dimension.
So with the fact it is said over and over that the true form comes from another dimension and not another universe in the multiverse, what does that entail? With the fact that, while not even being in the dimension they are described as "everywhere and nowhere” and “the center of the universe and the unholy cosmos” (which we see expands to other universes) along with the fact its mere existence causes the end of all universes, point to The Master being a higher dimensional being with superiority. Making it "likely higher", possibly low 1-C. The sandbox reflects the "likely higher" argument
