well, larcade has a large ap and dura advantage (to the point where larcade can oneshot and boa cant scratch him.) and boa´s only way to win (as far as im aware.) would be her petrification, but larcade holds basically every advantage (aside from intelligence.) and has far more ways to win, so ill vote for him. (also since the starting distance wasnt specified, it puts them and the limit of the range of whoever has the range advantage in this case that would be laracade and put them kilometers apart with larcade out of range of boa´s abilities but with boa in range of his.)
