, although I'm not sure if he can deflect all three glintblades from Bols at once
The blades Greatblade Phalanx
all converge on the target, meaning it is possible/easy-ish for Moongrum to parry them. In fact, Carian Retaliation can
even negate stuff like Astel's gravity beam, which is a faster and wider attack than the Glintblades.
Now strength they should be even. The Troll Knights are acknowledged as true knights

Called into service when the Queen invoked an oath they swore, the trolls are treated as true knights of Caria, and fight arm in arm with their human comrades.
And just twenty of them could hold off Radagon's Golden Order champions

These knights' swords could serve as catalysts, letting them wield sorcerous battle skills. Despite numbering fewer than twenty, this power made them a match for even the champions of gold in battle.
So in my view, I think they're overall power is pretty even, as in both can dish out similar levels of damage, but Bols will of course be physically stronger and Moongrum is probably more agile.
Other things to consider:
- Bols was defeated and captured by the Cuckoo Knights, while Moongrum is able to hold them and the Raya Lucarian off
- Moongrum's Carian Grandeur would give him comparable sword range to Bols
- Moongrum's shield, if he raises it in time, would allow him to block sword swings from Bols
However, having said that, in my view Moongrum has a smaller amount of mistake allowances than Bols. Bols is able to eat hits and still attack, while Moongrum only has one chance to heal from damage he takes vs an opponent that has multiple times his vitality. Additionally, powers like Carian Grandeur have notable tells, and it wouldn't shock me if Bols can canonically parry the sword with his own magical blade.
Though one thing to consider is this: Bols and Moongrum know each other incredibly well. There's at most twenty Carian Knights making their numbers small, they fought under Rennala during the Liurnian Wars, and worked together with the Carians to push back the Cuckoo Knights and Raya Lucarian's during the civil war. It's highly likely that Bols knows everything Moongrum can do and vice versa. I don't think Bols would use Greatblade Phalanx, knowing they can be parried, and Moongrum would understand all of his physical weaknesses and seek a death by a thousand cuts scenario.
So overall, I think Moongrum can win, but it involves him making a small number of mistakes. On the other hand, Bols can make many more mistakes and still have the ability to win; thanks to his greater endurance and physical strength. Moongrum is more designed to defeat people like Miriam, Sellen, or Thops in my mind rather than Bols, since his kit negates most ranged spells and he can just drop them in melee; Bols however, is all melee which Moongrum isn't especially good against, unlike Moonrithyll or more ranged characters like Miriam in my view.
So Bols wins, but he'll take a decent amount of damage in doing so in my view.
