What? I'm pretty sure there were a couple cracks like that from a multitude of different causes. Gonna need to be specific.

Anyway, I remember seeing it in a Popeye cartoon long ago, but don't recall what it was called anymore.

I also think that it was stars, not planets, and that they were shown to be small in this case.
