Is Evil Natural Water a naturally occurring species? Is its regen artificial? Did it exist when Boros said that statement? Would Boros even know of its existence for it to count? Does Boros have any regen feat even comparable to ENW to implicate superiority or comparability?
I could go on. What do you have besides a statement from a character who barely knew **** all about earth's forces let alone this one dude who may or may not even qualify to fit under the statement to begin with.
Edit: If that guide scan predates the MA Arc, well that speaks for itself brother.

I'm against this. Completely different physiology between the two characters. No reason to think that Boros' biological regeneration is remotely the same thing as Evil Natural Water reconsistuting himself out of water.
