Starting up simulation:

Jack skille was walking around the Fu planet as a vaction until he spotted a stage 4 killing a red stickman

Jack: "Hey! You can't do that!"

Frog: "But they'r-"

And immediately Jack shot out a rock-shaped spike at Frog

Rules:
  • Jack is High 6-A and Frog is at Low 6-B
  • Speed is equal
  • Battle Takes Place at Fu planet
  • Battle music
  • 50 meters

I was just about to text how they both need to get blodlu-

Frog: "But they'r-"

But this Stage 4 would take highly personally

Frogman with Energy Vision seeing the spike somehow has nearly 1 000 000x greater attack capability wouldn't risk anything and starts by casting an enormous portal in front of him (sending the spike attack tip at Jack's back from a portal-end generated 1 centimeter behind him)

At the same time, the main Frogman jumps away and generates 5 clones, 3 of them will start jumping into far directions (as his backups), while the two remaining will accompany the main Frogman from both sides. Then Frogman warns Jack that any next attempt at saving Red Stickmen will grant a death penalty since he is protecting villains causing misfortune everywhere they go (in case he didn't know).

Jack would predict Frog doing that and dodge the tip before trying to blow Frogman and the clones away via Air manip and responding to the warning by saying he's (Red stickman) a stickman simple as that.
Also, what is the starting distance between low-stage 4 and Jack?
50 meters

Frogman with clones would register the wind coming early with enhanced senses, so before it hits, the three hopping-away clones will use AT shields similar to gliders, turning the wind into a tool for transporting them farther, rather than damaging them.

The main Frogman commands two clones beside him (worth noting from his perspective they are as his third and fourth leg separated from his body, it is an exploited regeneration after all) to form a Red Laser ultra-compressing balloon based on this technique:
  • Transformation (clones merging with clones can craft various red laser objects with boosted AP)
Based on what Wind Manip Frogman already has, the ballon vacuums 90% of the wind (letting 10% strips at sides help escape the backups) and compresses it into dozens of super-compressed tiny balls, getting fired at Jack back with a decent speed amp. Their level of compression should get through against another wave of wind he may send, and should act as bullet shots to a human to Jack, mostly matching his durability level. Main Frogman also activates his own precognition, to not get surprised by Jack's moves already counting with his replies, and schemes some strategies on him.

Jack would see this via Analytical Prediction and use claws of hell'tm' and swipe both clones in order to stop it then he'll pull another Earth manip on the main one.

But the two clones turned into a laser ballon which is 50 meters away, speed is equalized. How would he use claws on the ballon shooting his air in the form of compressed bullets at him from 50-meter distance? As for earth manip, Frogman can notice with precog and enhanced senses to dodge with ballon in time, to continue shooting the compressed air bullets at him.

Jack could predict this and launch up a Rock to stop it (Le air bullets) from hitting him and summon Wolves to help him which would come over and attack the ballon.

I'd say they're as strong as Death coyotes (Ss creatures) which can harm low 7-Cs and there are like 10 of them
Then stage 4 shouldn't have any problems one-shotting them as a side product of almost any of his spell, but it wouldn't be wise given that Jack could go bersek. I think Frogman with his screw can safely ignore them, nothing will happen to the balloon from Red Laser even with hundreds of low 7-C attacks landed.

Main Frogman (holding the ballon) could deploy another two clones beside him remotely clearing the path for air bullets, casting portals in the battlefield where rocks are headed to be sent at Jack as well (from various sides). Even if Jack can stop the stones midair, portals appearing everywhere should decently mess with his earth manipulation. What would he do then against the compressed bullets? 👀

Stage 4, but it is an evolved Bumb

Now I remember, Vene should check the indie cross RP before it dies

edit: how did Javen liked this post 5 seconds after I posted it, is he camping in this threat...

Toon force says hi they'll do something funni to reflect it I think + Jack can summon more wolves

He'll make a rock shield around him to block it then stab both clones

Wolves with low 7-C durability will straight up vaporize when they near to any Frogman or clone, similar to paving stones in this Plus-Droid image (and Stage 4 is over a million times stronger and haxy...)
He'll make a rock shield around him to block it then stab both clones
The clones of Stage 4 would perform miniature 2-second-rewinds (able to revert just one not crucial event/thing in the battle, which reverting the fact that "Jack build a rock shield around him" is), in other words, the rock shields he will be summoning will repeatedly disappear (the stones will appear where they were 2 seconds ago) and with the clone count all air compressed balls will land at him, into his potential weak spots like brain or heart.

To make things more interesting, main stage 4 Frogman holding the ballon activates Conceptual Fear (how big is Jack's sin-meter btw? The fear works somewhat even at low sin-meters, but can be mostly overcome with strong willpower in such a state):
  • Conceptual Fear - Manual activation. Upon detecting Frogman by any sense, the more Sin-Meter the observer has, the more severe Fear Manipulation is caused to them. Fear Manip. resistance is nearly not enough to prevent the symptoms (slowness, stun, tendency to run), as this power creates own consciousness in beings cells and very molecules, causing them to tremble in fear. Even Inanimate objects are forced to feel this, by gaining temporary instinctive intelligence.

Jack has a low-sin (He is a Epic gang member and they are very good guys and will stop at nothing to keep the town safe) He has nothing to counter that tho...

Jack will summon more so he won't feel outnumber and plus he'll summon even more from that point.

Small 2-sec-rewinds could be theoretically applied at his wind manip repeatedly too, but it will be way harder due to air consistently flowing, I imagine a smaller amount of air balls will land at him then. Summoning more clones casting more small 2-sec-rewinds (while ones who used it wait for 2.8 second cooldown in order to use it again) could rewind the reflected air balls into a state just before he reflected them, confusing Jack and forcing him to reflect again.

More clones can also form more ballons, or to be more entertaining, the clones could transform into ballon-gloves at the hands of other clones, able to (with a spin) catch reflected ball and send them back at greater speed. Jack is essentially playing a deadly baseball catch with Stage 4 and clones 👀

He would still end up itchingly paralyzed and likely slowed down in movement from Conceptual Fear, but he should move. Can he use wind manip to consistently reflect the air balls getting reflected again at faster speeds/rewinded in time, in this state?

He can send even dozens of thousands wolfs, but with their low 7-C durability, they cannot near to any Frogman/Frogman clone 100% unvaporized from the deadly aura around each single one...

Jack would get so overwhelmed that he'll eventually start forming Rock towers to get inside with and hide

He'll still send them out hell he'll do it when the clones start rewinding time he'll do it so loudly that millions of them would come out.

Once it forms structures, what is the final durability of Jack's earth structures? Because if he uses rocks from the area around, the durability would be of a large building against one-shooting state attacks. Or is Jack leaving some of his energy in the rocks he moved?

Not sure if any high numbers of low-dura wolves will help... but what if Frogman uses (from the look of wolves) crazy telekinesis to merge most of them into one compressed and gigantic, into which he would merge a Red Laser crystal as well?
  • limited Transmutation (by injecting those crystals into objects forces them into FU android soldier loyal versions), can feed them with R.L.energy to evolve further)
Given there would be millions merged, the FU allied mega-wolf with some Red Laser energy running in him should have the potential to mess with Jack's tower, even if it has High 6-A durability 👀

I'd say it's the same durability as Jack-

Well my first argument got shot down...

If the FU-allied mega-wolf demolishes the tower, how would Jack be reacting? Overwhelming compressed air balls (rivaling his 1 million greater durability level) constantly rewinded will be going after him the moment each of his towers collapses, and if wolves keep coming, Frogman can make more FU-allied mega-wolves ...

Frogman and Clones re-throwing the air balls will even jump on and ride these mega-wolfes for better aim 👀

Frogman gang riding mega-wolves will reply by casting wide portals underneath them (making the rock spikes appear beside, even those aiming at Frogmen on top of wolves) and summons huge Laser Storm in the sky, testing Jack with aging:
  • Laser Storm - Frogman casts 'Red portal clouds' above the battlefield (scaling even at country radius), which will rain powerful red laser shots at the surface beneath. Laser drops are twitching while falling down, making it difficult to dodge with their numbers. Frogman is able to control the laser rain (so droplets target only sinners) and can bend the raining angle.
  • + Each hit reduces big amounts of the opponent's lifespan (making them age in terms of lower dozens of years) and speeds up the opponent's natural aging exponentially overall upon hitting/causing expanding Corrosion Inducement for robots.

Jack had no counter 😭
I think Frogs win this (Once again)
