Joseph Joestar: Iirc Part 2 is like just before WW2 occurs, if Joseph had to fight in it I imagine he could survive. Not solo but he'd make sure to survive.

Nightmare (Soul Calibur): Not sure dropping a nuke is gonna be a good idea on him, it might destroy Soul Edge but if it doesn't WW2 is gonna get a lot more brutal.

Delsin Rowe: Errrrrrrr this is interesting, at the very least he's gonna have a hard time finding power sources outside of smoke though

Well characters above tier 8 are already big deal. Radiation could possibly deal with some higher beings since it bypasses durability, mutates and gives deadly diseases but that's about it.

It is not much because the Argent energy is more powerful than nuclear energy and it is used for almost everything in DOOM, so it is scarce, it could scare everyone if they do not take specific measures

If it doesn't have knowledge of nukes, it probably doesn't move far enough away and gets killed by radiation poisoning.
