Veneficaverse has had major problems with its profiles being out of date, having horrible scaling, or just being bad in general. As a result of this, the previous matchups thread is being trashed in favor of this one! please, only make V. Verse matches involving these listed characters, all others are being updated and will be added accordingly.

Abliter (2-2-2): Abliter is a robotic fighter who primarily uses range in battle combined with amps to speed and defense. He has some hax ranging from sleep manipulation to the ability to disable thinking if he lands Pluto Wave. Can also absorb any energy with Pluto Field. He can also summon Scanner-A, Scanner-C, Scanner-D, and Scanner-E. Suppression Mode's specialty is power null of energy constructs. Low 7-B in base, 7-B for Suppression Mode.

Airbu (0-0-0): Airbu is a basic martial artist with minor durability negation. He's somewhat skilled but arrogant and a secret serial killer. At least 9-B required.

Albion (0-1-0): Albion is an upgraded model of Abliter. He has very similar abilities in base with the addition of being much smarter, with systems like Battlefield Mapping to never lose track of an enemy and much better scanners. He is much more skilled as well and possesses a minor durability negation sword alongside power mimicry of robots/cyborgs at least 50% robotic. In addition, he has limited type 4 immortality and decent regen. High Suppression Mode is upgraded from Abliter's. Albion also has a third key exclusive to him where he has some copied abilities from Aiden, whose profile is not yet released. High 7-A for base, 6-C for High Suppression Mode, High 6-B for third key.

Alela Stardust (2-0-1): Alela is one of the main characters of V. Verse. She's a powerful ninja with great skill, and a special ability to wield a force called Volt which lets her attack with lightning, using her body as a medium. As such, she can attack with 50,000 degree bolts in addition to her ninja prowess being similar to other highly skilled ones. However, the true challenge comes with her Tempest Deity key, where she gains extraordinary genius battle ability and an aura capable of crippling nearly any enemy on the spot (The Tempest Deity naturally gives others an innate fear which is inscribed upon their souls at a deep level immediately upon detecting her) and Tempest Ultrabolts which disregard any and all durability/defense in practically any case at all, including barriers and such. These bolts reach out to enemies like limb extensions to rip out lifeforce, and statistics (attack, speed, and defense essentially stolen and erased). These bolts negate abilities such as intangibility and literally rips the lifespan out from those who stand against her, even if they are capable of remaining young for an ungodly number of years. Finally, they rip out and devour souls as well as negate even powerful regen types and various types of immortality. There's more but you should get the idea by now. 7-B/High 7-A for her first key, up to High 6-B for second key, 5-B for Tempest Deity. WARNING: EXTREME CAUTION.

Apis (1-0-0): One of the lower level bee Monsters from the very start of V. Verse. All he really has is four arms and the ability to fly/buzz kinda loud. Tier is 9-B.

Cobalt (5-0-0): Cobalt is a pretty important character of V. Verse and is one of the first introductions into what Neptune on Earth is about. Her specialty is the manipulation of her own special type of energy which she derives from her DNA, which is based upon that of a former number 1 hero. Because of this, she has somewhat similar capabilities. Pretty much everything she does in battle induces passive radiation and she has decent methods of defense as well, with Plutonium Knuckle able to absorb attacks as well as her Plutonium Gates. Her extraordinary genius intellect extends to battle situations, unlike many other scientists in V. Versed, because of the way Marx had her brain programmed. Cobalt's ability to plan during battle can get kind of insane. One of the main kickers of her power, especially in her early keys, is that she already has every ability unlocked and simply isn't aware of her ability to use them. However, this can be unlocked mid-battle just like in the story, and in her higher key, she would logically be able to extend this to deeper capabilities too, letting her make "new" abilities she'd actually already have. Low-7-B for pre-awakening, 7-A/High 7-A for base awakened Cobalt, 6-B for Max Aura, High 6-B for Concentrated Aura.

Dark Hearted (2-1-0): Dark Hearted is a decently strong martial arts fighter capable of contending with the number 1 A Class. He is a Demon-level threat and a user of the Golden Heart Slashing Fist, which becomes the Dark Heart Hatred Fist when he is a Monster. His abilities all revolve around this style. He doesn't really have much hax but can still be a fun challenge. 8-A for human form, 7-B for Monster form.

Darox (3-0-0): Darox is another of the main characters of V. Verse. He has a set of abilities very similar to his father, but has taught himself many new techniques/haxxed ways to use his abilities after training form a long time against hundreds of different dragon-level Monsters, each with unique styles and abilities. He also has powerful resistance based on his fight against various New Monster Association Cadres all at once. He also has Duo Metroric Burst, which makes him far more physically imposing. High 6-A to 5-C is required for his base, 5-B for Duo Meteoric Burst.

Grender Supervoltix (0-0-0): Grender is a brand new profile and a collaborating character with a very good friend of mine. His debut was also within the past few months of V. Verse, making him the newest character to be on the wiki when it comes to V. Verse and its story progression. Grender is very strong. He has the skills of a ninja alongside Electrojutsu, a ninja battling style which revolves around the refining of Volt, Alela's signature ability. But Grender also has his own unique specialty, his Nullifixers, which convert all energy landed into nullification energy, a force making an object disappear from reality. this gives him very good abilities involving power null. Alongside that, he has a whole list of strong resistances and two higher keys involving his Stardust weaponry and Null Overdrive. Note that Grender sees white-colored enemies/objects as bad and makes a point to target them, as well as seeing blue as friendly. It's recommended to not put Grender against a blue enemy since he will see them as a friend and not attack. 5-C in Base, Higher with Stardust Weaponry (close to 5-B baseline), 5-B for Null Overdrive.

Hachi (0-0-0): Hachi is much stronger than Apis but comes from the same faction. As such, he isn't very haxxed, but could still be fun in a vs match against the right matchup. High 7-C or lower requiered.

Marx Gemini (2-1-0): Marx is in the same tier as Albion, though he battles with a Battlesuit which has its own uniqueness to it. He wields different 'modes' in combat, including Gigaton Punch Mode (putting his tier at 6-C AP), Skate Mode (Pretty decent speed amp), Rocket Mode (Much faster speed amp but lack of movement control, also serves for very strong punches backed by speed momentum), and Boss Mode which bines them all. His suit has Mid regen and a dual-layer of energy absorption fields, meaning that destroying one leaves the other completely intact. Similarly to Cobalt, he has extremely high battle IQ which makes planning against him extrodinarily difficult. In his Monster-Cyborg form, he monsterizes and fuses with his suit, making an ungoly abomination. In that form, Technological Appropriation allows for the absorption of mechanical based enemies (even if they have organic parts) and the appropriation of their powers into himself, which also further alters his form. His 'Master Aura' slices any damage or passive negative effect received in half and he can create 50 clones of himself. with High-Mid regen and very strong danmaku stacked on top, Marx is a real demon to battle against in his higher key. He is also one of the V. Verse 'Arc Bosses' which means that he's the last enemy of an arc in V. Verse. If you defeat him, you should pat yourself on the back! High 7-A for his battlesuit, 6-C, 6-B for Monster Cyborg form.

Nectrus (0-0-0): Nectrus is in a very similar boat to Hachi, except he's noticeably more skilled. He defeated a series of lower level heroes all by himself, giving him feats of facing a group of skilled enemies. He's the first Demon-level threat to have an on-screen battle in V. Verse. He is the first on-screen Monster to be killed by an S Class Hero (Suzu beat him). High 7-C or lower requiered.

Queen Vacteria (4-1-0): Vacteria is the queen of the Y-City Bee Colony, and unlike her minions, she actually has some pretty good abilities going for her. Not only does she have massive speed to go alongside her huge claws, but she also has a wand that gives her the ability to attack using energy and use a strong barrier defense which can be stacked in unique ways. She can manifest lightning through her stinger to make a 'storm' attack and easily read exactly where an enemy will move be before they make the movement. She also controls her entire colony through mind manipulation, giving her a summon of 50,000+ minions to use in a given battle. Vacterian Spikes are a relentless and very hard-to-dodge method of attacking which she abuses her ability to read movements to use for maximum efficiency, requiring precognition, crazy skill, or similar in order to successfully dodge them. To top it off, her Queen Bee Supreme Buzz can completely block the ability of nearby enemies to think or really move at all. She is also one of the V. Verse 'Arc Bosses' which means that she's the last enemy of an arc in V. Verse. If you defeat her, you should pat yourself on the back! 7-B to High 7-A for first key, 6-C at full power.

Rotten Sewage (2-1-0): Rotten Sewage is the size of a large mountain and attacks by leveling everything around him. However, he also has superb body control ability, allowing him to convert his body into things such as garbage tsunamis and attack with massive trash cannons. He also won't die unless he's basically entirely out of trash. High 7-A is required.

Scanner-A (0-0-0): Scanner-A is a minor Neptune Scanner fighter and a minion of Abliter. He uses danmaku of lasers alongside Skate Mode to destroy his opponents. In addition, his energy is elemental, and based on fire. He's decent for a minion of a minion. High 7-C is required.

Scanner-B (0-0-0): Scanner-B is easily the weakest Scanner of all time. He is an inferior model to the four Abliter minions and has a paltry danmaku allowing only 100-200 blast bursts, next to the upgraded models not being even half as good. In addition, his overall stats are much lower, but he's also one of the first enemies to fight in V. Verse at all. He is at least 9-B but can go up to 8-C via laser blasts.

Scanner-C (0-0-0): Scanner-C is very similar to A, D, and E, except his element changes to electricity and he can inflict paralysis. Besides that, virtually the same with just slightly different overall stats. High 7-C is required.

Scanner-D (0-0-0): Same deal as Scanner-C, except his lasers have an ice element, which gives his danmkau special freezing properties. High 7-C is required.

Scanner-E (0-0-0): Again, same deal as the other scanners but with a different element. Scanner-E uses wind in his lasers, giving them an air-push effect that can bounce enemies all around through his laser blasts. High 7-C is required.

Selbus (0-0-0): Selbus is very similar to Apis except that he's even more cowardly. Besides that, not much of a difference in the way they battle. Tier is 9-B.

Swarm (0-2-1): Swarm is considered the 'king of bees' even though there aren't king bees at all in real life. He is the favorite of Vacteria, who treats him like a husband, and he alone has fathered over 50% of the entire Y-City Bee Colony. He is the same as Nectrus and Hachi, just stronger and faster than them. However, he also has a special ability called 'Bee King Plating' which raises all of his stats and allows him to wield lightning in battle in a similar way as Vacteria does through her stinger. This makes him more versatile and interesting to fight. Fun Fact: He is also the only V. Verse character as of writing this to have at least two matches and zero victories. High 7-C for base form, 7-B for King Bee Plating.

Twizzlix (0-0-0): Similar to Apis and Selbus but different personality traits which change his battle style up from them both. Tier is 9-B.

Varrora (0-0-0): Varrora is the last minor bee minion. Like the others, he can be pretty arrogant despite his cowardice. Tier is 9-B.

So there we have it! As of 5/20/2024, these are the profiles that I consider proper enough to be used in battle. Any other V. Verse profile should be ignored for now. I will add updated profiles below, and entirely new profiles (except Grender) will have a third section dedicated to them only. Because of the number of updates and new profiles I gotta do, I expect this thread to be pretty lengthy, but that means more matches so yay!! Hopefully we have fun with this!

Wait, you are supposed to look through my guys and suggest a matchup not the other way around 🗿🗿 that’s why I gave them all descriptions, I’ll look though SS characters on your matchup thread, this one is for you to check mine
I actually think this would be possible and not a stomp 👀

Not only the arguing power, but the sheer professionality of this matchup suggestion list also shines brighter than an actual star in a solar system 👀 Read through all the punchlines, the actual representation of what you are about to face, the option "required power level" and "the reward" seems like a list of opponents you pick in an RPG game arena, incredible

I would suggest unrestrained high EXP Spagmatron (no evolving tho) against Rotten Sewage, but to compensate for the Charged State and recent updates, it could be a 1v2 battle against Rotten Sevage and some other similarly powerful monster from Veneficaverse, such as Plague Demon in sacrificed key. A duo of such two high Sin-Meters having ways to benefit from each other against a grey military Warmachine supposed to clean them could be highly interesting. Would that work? 👀

This praise makes me feel all fuzzy inside, thanks so much 🥰 now that you’ve pointed out that it’s like an RPG game, I wanna keep that vibe for all future characters I list as available 👀

This sounds like a great idea, but not sure how it would be added to profiles, would it be treated like one match for rotten and teammate, where it’s added to three profiles? Or just two profiles and we mention that it was a team match? I’ll also check to see if rotten could have a more interesting teammate, but Plague seems pretty good, except that he’s one of the ones I need to update (as you saw, he’s not on the list), but luckily he doesn’t need so much so I could get it done pretty soon

I guess the three profiles but in each would be mentioned names of two vs name of one. If Plague gonna get an upgrade soon, seems good! Reminds me I still haven't added 'Analytical Prediction' (supercomputer+ calculations grant) and 'wind/possibly plasma manip' (80% F.P. in drawback grants) to Spagm, seems I left them out in the last update 🗿

Do you have some estimation of when the Plague Demon update could be finished? Of course no rush, take your time 👀

I could do it in coming days, but I've thought about it some and I'm not sure how much rotten Sewage would bring to the fight 🗿 He has no hax and Spagmatron is practically built to just take his trash apart, I'm not sure he'd be of any help at all

With an endless city arena, R.Sewage has enormous space to grow while being hard to definitely kill, I saw the potential for the sacrificed key Plague Demon to adapt to his trash mass with his many perks and manage to control it, or even make it his new infectious AoE body.

Bump Plague Demon update 👀

Dark Hearted (2-1-0): Dark Hearted is a decently strong martial arts fighter capable of contending with the number 1 A Class. He is a Demon-level threat and a user of the Golden Heart Slashing Fist, which becomes the Dark Heart Hatred Fist when he is a Monster. His abilities all revolve around this style. He doesn't really have much hax but can still be a fun challenge. 8-A for human form, 7-B for Monster form.
The Player with missile strike system unrestricted would be cool to see for darks human form 👀

I’m not sure, Dark Hearted’s human form barley has any powers and I’m unsure of him being able to face off with someone controlling a whole middle system

The missile strike system is only 1 missile and has a 15 minute cooldown per launch, and it's also 167.8 Tons, whilst dark is baseline Multi-city Block+ which starts at 500 tons anyway, lol

Put her against key-3 Aerneia, that will be fair

speaking of which, why isn't Aerneia listed here, isn't she in the updated state as well? 👀
