Is it Ezio or Connor? If it is Ezio he get's killed by Captain, but i assume that the fight is with Connor, since you have his picture. In that case, i believe that Connor has the upper hand in strength, but Captain is more agile, has better reflexes and is a much better hand to hand combatant. I believe that Captain will win in a difficult fight. Cap in my opinion, 6-7/10.

Connor shouldn't be any less flexible. AC is a series that popularized the freerunning genre alongside Mirror's Edge.
