Ceaseless Discharge vs Genos

Genos is just minding his own business, cleaning Saitama's place while Saitama is in the next city over for an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime sale when suddenly an absolutly massive monster just appears and begins rampaging through Z City.

Speed Equalized, Ceaseless is Bloodlusted, Post MA Raid Genos (7-C) and both are 60 meters apart. SBA to finish it off.

Ceaseless Discharge

Genos

Is Genos baseline? Because Ceaseless is 59 kilotons so if Genos is baseline he gets one shot as he would be nearly ten times weaker.

Genos is 7-C for being stronger than his previous self, who is 7-C for being stronger than a low 7-C. So at the very best Genos is just within the range where Ceaseless doesn't one shot. Genos is way more skilled, mobile, and has dealt with AoE like Ceaseless before, but his main weapon other than punching is fire, and Ceaseless is immune to fire around 59 kilotons. Also Ceaseless' ap and durability advantages are gigantic so Genos is going to have to hit Ceaseless a crap ton of times while Ceaseless only has to hit Genos two or three at worst; and Ceaseless can repeatedly kill the Chosen Undead who is no slouch in the skill department either so it's not like Genos will dominate him forever. I'm leaning heavily towards Ceaseless due to his ap, durability, and resistance to fire, but Genos' skill and mobility is going to be a massive pain for Ceaseless.

Ceaseless low-diffs

Not only is that fire resistance going to null Geno's ranged arsenal but his passive magma manipulation means that Genos will take damage each time he hits him with his fists. So,even if he can outskill/outmaneuver chances are he dies before inflicting that much damage anyway

And it's been added. Thank you all and if I could direct your attention here. It has nothing to do with Dark Souls or OPM, but it's an interesting match-up that could use some attention. This on the other hand is another Ceaseless wi match that could use some finishing up.
