So, I'm trying to make a file for Cauldron from Worm, and am very confused about where to put them. Why? well.
This fits the description of Cauldron. Due to Doormaker and Clairvoyant, along with help from Contessa, they could access and influence worlds across the multiverse, with it being implied that they're behind both an earth being essentially unpersonned (Shin, due to Goddess) and that they helped convince Earth C to help Gimel. They have facilities across all of these parallel universes, and would abduct and experiment on people across such ranges as well. They're clearly capable of influencing other universes. However, much lower down the line, we have this:
This one Cauldron does not fit. Yeah they were a global conspiracy who could manipulate everyone to their means, but they weren't like some sort of planetary dictatorship and stuff like the Endbringers, Scion, Shamrock, Slaughterhouse 9, Irregulars etc were still beyond their ability to control properly.
So yeah, we have an issue here. Cauldron fails a much lower classification but passes a higher one, so what do I rate this as
| Multiversal Civilization: A civilization of such power that their dominion extends beyond their home universe, instead spreading throughout multiple other universes throughout the multiverse. Potentially, they may rule over the entire multiverse. | ||
| Planetary Civilization: A civilization which has obtained total dominio and control over its home planet, uniting all continents and nations under one government. Typically possess technology which is notably more advanced than our own. | ||
