So, I was on the out of context panels page and I saw something. So I did some research, and their a real person.

Ferdinand Waldo Demara Jr. was able to learn pratically anything in an extremely short amount of time and replicate it with relative ease, and could take on pratically any idenity he wanted to just by learning what he was supposed to know.

This, in my opinion, should absolutely give Composite Human Accelerated Development. The types would be Other (Specifically Research) and Intelligence.

Also, we need to remove the resistance to hacking and EMPs simply because it's not nessisary.
