Composite Human VS Koopa Troopa

Composite Human has discovered that the flesh of a Koopa tastes better than anything from real life and goes off to hunt. He has one hour of preparation time and no access to any equipments he cannot carry along with him. On the other side, Bowser has found out about this form of life that can use all of human knowledge and believes it will be a critical threat to his plans if CH allies with the Mushroom Kingdom, and thus sent a Para Troopa with the Fire Flower power-up.

Round 1: They meet together in some green fields. The stealthiest one has the right to attack first from their range.

Round 2: He is trying to find a Koopa Troopa and gets attacked first, being suddenly attacked with a shell ram from only a few meters.

Absolutely nothing is equalized.

I have a hard time believing Bowser would send a single paratroopa.

Nevertheless, since you didn't restrict higher tier weaponry, CH should sneak up and one-shot the Koopa with an RPG round 1, and dies in one hit in round 2 (since CH can't take any sort of a hit from the Koopa).

Given that speed isn't equalized, he isn't gonna be dodging the shell, especially given that they're a couple of meters away and are being surprised attacked. At best the CH can escape with their legs missing or something, at which point the Koopa just cleans up
