Unfortunately this matchup has already been done, and it was a stomp in Shantae’s favor due to her Attack Reflection. So unless some new information about that has come out, then the result should stay the same.

Also even if we give Cuphead the Divine Relic, which gives him access to all of his shots and most of his charms, he can only have one Super which you’d have to choose.
