Shantae has stronger magic at her peak since she can turn invincible and use attacks that hit everything on screen, but Rayman is way better in a long drawn-out fight

Toon Force powers and ability to heal make him much harder to defeat, and once Shantae starts running low on magic or her invincibility wears off, Rayman’s ability, and the Vortex shrinking effect would eventually take her down.
