i think ill go pheonix for both rounds, they are both quite frankly similar except for attack potency.

Cyro should win first round with Ice Bombs and a supreme speed advantage in combination with reality-warping, Round 2 is closer, a reversal in that this time Cyro is the stronger/tougher one (though not by much) and Pheonix is the faster one (by a significant margin). It depends, really, on who gets a fatal blow off first.
