I'm not sure sealing can bypass his regen.....

I'm really need to read bastard again :v virtually forgot alot of thing but this DS most likely dont have low godly regen since he have trouble to regenerate from been mutilated and probably Dispel Bound too since it being hyped as high level angel/demon thing, but at this time he can BFR.

Oh, well in this case, Dante's amulet slows time kid Fight as Dante is fighting him, and eventually, a bullet to DS head seals him, or just outright kill him considering Dante's AP advantage

The Angel does at one time seal him in hell with god power to ensure that he can never escape, although later version of him can break through dimensional barrier as the side effect of him fighting.
