Kapp also said that All Might can punch the clouds away along with generating his own storms. So, no. Not an advantage. The moment he sees the clouds are getting used against him, a Smash towards the general direction would dispell all of it.

Gonna need a citation on how strong she actually is. Just because she has forcefields doesn't mean it can survive all attacks in the same tier. Although yes, she probably can, All Might spams Detroit Smashes like no one's fool (All Might vs Noumu anyone?) so surviving a few isn't gonna cut it.

A few problems. Simply having the blood of someone stronger doesn't grant you their durability or really help at all. If I had the blood of Chuck Norris, I won't be able to break walls with my face and walk away with no reprucussions. Also gonna need citation of the stance thing, as the profile makes no note of that at all. Not saying All Might 1-shots, but she isn't going to straight tank Detroit Smashes to the face without trouble. Actually, the profile separates the Shinsoo boost and Redan boost as different things. Can you cite a time where Shinsoo boosted Durability besides force fields or shields? Like, actually boosted durability.

When did anyone contest that she couldn't use her normal Style techniques along with Shinsoo? She just doesn't have the boost from Redan.
Meanwhile, I'll be giving this to All Might. As this is in his Weakened State, he isn't likely to haggle as he's on a tight time limit and he knows this. He's going to be going out even harder once he finds out that Koon is actually comparable to him. Bloodlust actually makes it more likely for him to just spam Detroit Smashes until she falls over dead and any lightning clouds she tries to muster would just be simply dismissed via the shockwaves All Might's fists generate. Worst-Case-Scenario, a United States of Smash which is unquantifiably stronger than his normal strikes would almost definitely put Koon down (Via the fact that AFO easily tanks All Might's attacks yet still got wrecked by USoS)
