I love that the implication of the track art is that J'onn decided to shapeshift into Surfer's surfboard but kept all of his clothes on anyway.

I really like this track, there's a sense of mystery and eeriness to it, but it feels pretty cosmic and pretty heroic. It has a similar vibe to the JLU opening theme. Also really like how calm it is.

I am surprised how few people try to tinfoil the verdict from the music.
Or, at least, try to search how many reference musics are used in the battle track.
I mean, it used to be a brief yet fun gag discussion.

I just watched Concrete Utopia (a 2023 South Korean disaster-thriller film) and it is good while not being great with its own flaws.
And I see "Yeong-tak Kim" (that primary deuteragonist played by Byung-hun Lee who played as Storm Shadow before) being in a Death Battle - just I am not sure if he should fight against Rick Grimes or Negan.
Or, at least, try to search how many reference musics are used in the battle track.

Just some math
If there are 32 matchups going a single-round elimination process
First round eliminates 16 matchups
Second round eliminates 8 matchups
Third round eliminates 4 matchups
Fourth round eliminates 2 matchups
Fifth round will determine the winner and the 1st runner-up.
The second chart actually does the process properly. I do not comment on the pick of matchups.

It even managing to GET there is all I’d ever want. I would never expect to win the same ballot that has MUs like 682sday or Nixhattan or god forbid Luzanne & Galactacron. If its even at Round 1 I’ll be ecstatic. If it can make it to Round 2 I explode.
