Deidara vs Rob Lucci

i go with lucci, if he acts fast (which he normally does) he will kill deidara before the latter can use C3 or C4,

if lucci (for some reason) didnt stop daidara from successfully activating C3 than he loses because than daidara has equal AP, spammable bombs and more than anything, a lot longer range :)
