I don't know who this Tuna guy is but I just know Izuku Midoriya will lose.

There is absolutely nothing that will ever save Deku in this fight whatsoever.
Tsuna absolutely curbstomps Deku into an oblivion
Update: So I've just finished re-reading the last 2 arcs of the manga just an hour ago and Tsuna at the end was able to figure out that: "The strength of your dying will depends on the strength of your resolve".
So, If Tsuna has a strong resolve to defeat or even kill Deku in any shape or form, Deku (and MHA verse) is ******.
