Deku tries to beat up a 10 year old

Using 20% or more of his power causes his movements to become stiff and predictable due to the pain in his muscles and bones and will eventually cause damage to Izuku if used for too long.

Isuku has better fighting skill, higher as AP, more expirience, and shockwaves can help in range

He also doesn't hurt himself much at all at 20%, so he should take this.
 
Deku doesn't really have that much skill, it took him 3 seasons to learn how to kick so he wouldn't break his arms. Deku definitely doesn't have more experience, just different kinds. Huey has fought tons of master martial artists, while Deku primarily fights monsters and villains, who weren't exactly master fighters, just skilled ones with super abilities, and since SBA applies Huey gets all of his equipment, which helps him close the distance and AP gap easier.

So I'm voting for Huey. Also the AP is Deku's 3.19 to Huey's 2.9 to 5.8, so the gap isn't that significant.
 
The calculation that gives Huey Freeman his High 8-C rating is wrong, and was never accepted by a calc group member in the first place.
