Devil Doom v. Perfect Dark Gaia

Devil Doom's weaknesses are much more to difficult to exploit, since while Dark Gaia has 7 eyes, Devil Doom only has 1, which constantly shifts positions, along with added defense with his wings. His telekinesis could be used to hold off Dark Gaia's tendrils, along with creating more barriers to hold off Dark Gaia's attacks. Combining that with Chaos Control, Devil Doom is overall going to be much harder to hit.
Dark Gaia does overall have better mental manipulation, since Devil Doom's only works on other Black Arms, and he has lived longer, but most of that time was spent fighting against one character, Light Gaia, and sleeping for millions of years at a time afterwards, while Devil Doom is much more cunning and intelligent in general.
So, voting Devil Doom.

Dark Gaia would just possess him or mind control him since that's passive at night/as Perfect Dark Gaia

Eh, I don't think Perfect really uses possession that much. His influence spread all over the world right before the final battle and people were more scared than possessed.

His possession is passive, people just get possesed, especialy their evil/negative feelings, it's not something activated or something he just chooses or not to do, his presence does that, especialy with negative feelings, things Black Doom is full off
