Apparently, Dante have a "device" is his back that can manifest Rebellion at any time

This would explain why we don't see it in the trailer, but take a look at his back, we can see a belt with a skull. In DMC4 discarted designs, he had something like this, that was to hide Rebellion

Yeah, those Devil Breakers are lit, specially Tomboy and that one with a Whip

And apparently Nero doesn't Stop Time, he only slows it, but apparently much more than Quicksilver. Speaking of Quicksilver, I think it might make a comeback, since Nero and others have showed Time Manipulation in this game

I wonder why the devs referred to Ragtime as a time-stopper though.

My guess is that the time-slow is simply a game mechanic.

Or this Devil Breaker have two "levels" of Time Manipulation, one Time Slow and a more powerful version that Stops Time

In the gamescom Trailer we can see a Time Stop, so it's possible
