Digimon Cosmology

I have seen that they take the Digital World as a 5-D world and the realm of the holy beasts as a 9-D world, but what are those 3 other worlds that exist between them (The 6-D, 7-D and 8-D)? Is there any scan that says there is a pair of higher dimensions between the DW and the Realm of the Holy Beasts?

All of that is still the DW, the DW is multi-layered with each layer containing a collection of universes as a sub-set of itself. The point is about an increasing hierarchy with each layer transcending the previous one as you become more and more above "space-time". All that we know is that the DW has a start above the physical world and then there are other layers above that until you reach the Kernel that is the top of the Digital World. Since we started counting at 5D as the basic layer and we know there are 2+ layers, then we put the Four Holy Beasts stuff at 9-D, but even that is because we don't know how many layers there are, so we use a lower value as 2/3 for that. But there could be anything from 2 to infinite layers, we just don't know because the concept of layers is very underused and normally Digimon just skips all of that and just uses FHB/Kernel level Digimon all the time.

And exactly where does all that information come from? In which specific product is it said that the digital world is made up of several layers?

It was said in Tamers. And also the training box
Data-linked eggs are transferred to an address assigned to each device known as "Training BOX" (「育成 BOX」) located in other layers of Digital World. After that, you can train digital monsters in the isolated space by device operation (The portable device is a device to access the "Training BOX" within the Network, the Digital Monster is not directly stored in the device).
