Dio Brando ability revision

Mind Control - This happened sometime when Dio was in Windknights Lot, Poco was mind controlled to lead Jonathan and co. into a trap by stealing their money and leading the to a cemetery, Poco had no idea what had happened/had no idea what had happened once the mind control was over

Zeppeli even says "That boy must have been hypnotized"

Also, in the anime only iirc, Dio also mind controls Jack the Ripper before turning him into a zombie, which could possibly be used to determine a method via secondary canon

Yeah, using the anime to get the method might be a bit iffy, but iirc it's the only time it's seen done

Pretty straightforward again like the last one. It's pretty obvious he did this to Poco in Part 1, then he had done the same to Noriaki and Polnareff in Part 3 with the flesh buds this time, and, though non-canon-ish or something i guess, his Heaven DIO counterpart also did mind control as well.

It can be added on there, if anything.

Also, shouldn't the abilities be separated into keys, since Dio didn't have the same abilities in Part 3, just like Dio not having The World in Part 1

There's also Dio's "blast of pure hate" (As it's called in the English dub of the anime) and flight in Part 1

@JSW: Hmm....you do have a point there, yeah. Though that does kind of need to be said of other profiles unless they always had them but to some extent of sorts.....that aside, they should likely be separated then to differentiate Dio from his Part 1 and 3 movesets.

Also, SRS Eyes, Man cats, and controlling his hair would be Biological Manipulation, right? (SRS eyes and Hair control being body control)


This would also apply to Flesh buds, perhaps also life creation as the flesh buds are alive

I'm not sure of what to make of the blast of pure hate thing. As for the flight one, it didn't seem like he was flying to me, only just jumping far back. The only time he would be shown of it would when he and Jotaro fought. I can't really say for sure if he did have flight as a vamp in Part 1 or not.

Only Austrian may be able to answer that or perhaps those like Promestein and Azathoth as, and i try to tell those of others who have read this, they too also read of this series. Maybe even Arigarmy(?) could answer this in my place.

In the panel just before the "jump" it seems to be that he's floating, so maybe levitation?

That could be it. But i mean, he may have flight. I'm just not confident enough to say it is, personally.

The Biological Manipulation may have been another thing i didn't consider, yeah. He is able to change his eyes to where he can shoot liquidized lasers, and making man cats among other creations (what was wrong with him on that, man? ^^; ), and the hair thing he did when meeting Avdol the first time (creepy) could be another aspect if somewhat minor? I also wonder if him being able to control his veins like he did when he got his arm back from being cut and still having them while he was just a head is also another aspect of it?

Yea, even fusing with Jonathan's body could be similar to how he created the man cats, he also pulled Jonathan's carotid out, had his arm come back by using a vein, and even talking while cut in half, Dio seems to have a lot of body control in part 1, even the fodder zombies killed by Straizo were using their veins to attack

I think there's enough to apply those, actually. Dio has shown to be very controllable of his body and i think the biological manipulation works too.
