How is Dio gonna recieve the materials necessary? Even if he somehow does kars still has mftl+ reaction he can avoid it as well and uv rays don't work instantly on pillar man either unlike vampires

Ok so, the situation isnt that twrrible for kars. Since dio scales to chariot, and the world sinply scales above chariot, that means speed equal, the world cant blitz kars. It can pummel him invisbly whilst being faster, but not a blitz

well, beacuse every one he saw was a stand user, not only he has tried to touch joseph do drink his blood before ralizing he would cover his body with hamon, he also would need to tounch kars if he decide to drink his blood
