Discords range is interstellar but I feel it should be universal due to him being able to open portals to new universes as well precog (he showed applejack the future in a pool the fist episode he appeared in) and have cosmic awareness (he knew the elements of harmony belonged to the mane 6 despite being in the garden and never seeing them) but this might be his enhanced senses but cosmic awareness seems to make more sense on an interstellar range as according to the page interstellar is the lowest tier and other than that discord never showed anything to place him any higher

Cross universal range with portals seems fine, gene simians is a high 4-C who has interuniversal range
