I approve this new profile, although i would like to know one thing.

Most powers and abilities listed here aren't only possible for Doom to use in specific condition?

Things like this , this and this aren't abilities that Doom can use only if he had prep time or if he had the possibility to use his technology in combat?

Because in the profile, it seen like he is capable to use all kind of powers at his own in all situation.

Yeah.

I'm going to specify that he doesn't have access to all of his technology at once, but he ca accomplish these things.

The physics thing was actually a passive effect in that form though.
