I believe that DOOM slayer could scale to 7D via davoth, so first we gotta understand 4 things

Hell
Urdak
Davoth
The Multiverse
So First It is stated that the multiverse of DOOM
Contains countless universes.
"In doing so, the Priests would fulfill their black covenant for Hell was not alone in its conquest of Earth. The silent Maykrs, arbiters across countless dimensions, shared a pact with Hell, a calculated risk and a mutually fortuitous arrangement, for which Earth would serve as the bargaining chip"
within DOOM "dimensions" are referred to as universes as said by Hugo Martin in one of his interviews.
There also exists infinite possibilities and it's said that these possibilities are endless which would make up the fact that DOOM has infinite endless timelines or endless universes
They expand like Fratcal patterns which are never ending patterns aka endless patterns.
This scales the multiverse to 5D as I assume.
Realm Of Urdak
Urdak Is a realm that is beyond the mortal plane
We would find eternal peace, and our minds would rest easy with the knowledge that those we fought alongside in battle would join us in the lands beyond the mortal plane. The strength of our ways, the purity of our essence, would by Maykr law grant us passage to the great city in the clouds. There, women and children, warriors and kin alike would welcome us.

Urdak also is in both higher reality and lower reality (goes for hell aswell)
It's also a higher dimension that connects to all possible timelines.
This would qualify for 6D i believe.
HELL
hell is Stated to be
Transcending space time or dimension
So we can say that the "dimension" is a Higher spatial dimension, as the statement contains space and time.
Hell is be Superior then Urdak which is 6D and Hell being a extension of davoth's power implys that davoth still can control hell as he first created it therefore scaling davoth to it.
Since hell is superior then urdak itself it can be scaled to 7D.
Davoth created all of this, And DOOM slayer Defeated Davoth
