I'd call this the worst idea in my history of bad ideas, but Thor vs Yhwach was a thing. A bad, baaad thing.

Rules
Speed: Equal

Place: A devastated football stadium, with a lot of massive broken chunks of concrete lying around. Starting distance 100 m

Mind set & Knowledge: Thanos only knows Doraemon is full of tricks (but not the full details of his abilities) and treats him like Spider-Man. Doraemon knows Thanos has ridiculous strength (but not his abilities) and intends on taking over the Earth, like a lot of movie villains he's faced and will try to stop the Titan at all costs.

Victory: Death, KO, Incap or BFR

BASE Thanos with no IG. Doraemon has all his gadgets.

What kind of gadgets are significant here for Doraemon? If he has some ridiculous crap, Thanos is in big trouble.

Thanos without IG is only High-6B, Doraemon can just use his Air Cannon to destroy thanos.
