I think Vasavi Shakti can beat it. Though, idk if Dormammu can throw anything that will be not noped by Kavacha and Kundala.

If I'm understanding correctly, Karna seems to scale to baseline 2-A, so I don't think there's much he can do to affect Dormammu, who scales significantly above beings that are infinite^infinite times baseline. Buuuuut looking at Karna's hax, and considering that Dormammu is missing a lot of powers, I'm inclined to say this is inconclusive.
