Space and time in Dragon Ball is represented in a different, way time in Dragon Ball shapes all reality, the living proof of this is the canon materials stating that space and time is a concept and that in the place you are in there are no concepts of space-time.
It is said many times that space and time is a concept
The world of emptiness has no space-time in it and is filled with eternal anime nothingness
To reinforce that there are no concepts of space-time in the world of the void, a guide is available in Spain and here in Brazil
Guide trailer available on YouTube
The entire guide is licensed by Toei (it has its credits and such)
Furthermore, the company itself has partnerships with several companies, such as Toei, etc.
All material on this album is taken from the work itself and is in canon form.
I think it's type 2
I'll just mention a single character that will escalate with this topic now, which is the Daishinkan.
In fact, the Daishinkan shapes the whole world of emptiness to place space-time in it, that before there were no such things as the concept of space-time, now there is space-time in emptiness
Explanation of @ProfectusInfinity
@DontTalkDT mentioned that if there is not much context, time could be a type 3 concept, let's face it.
I must warn Dragon Ball fans like myself that space-time manipulation is not conceptual manipulation, the Daishinkan is putting the concept of time into the void, to have its measure of time so that all participants perform well in 48 minutes.

Gravity is the curvature of space-time, and the basis for time dilations, which we know the Grand Priest worked to accomodate since the background sky changed in color as the tournament progressed. In other words, it seems clear that the Grand Priest introduced space-time to the immediate tournament area he manipulated.

Bear in mind that this only applies to Daishinkan, as he literally manipulates the concept of time in Dragon Ball by placing everyone in the void.
