Dragon Ball Multiverse Cosmology Questions

1. Where does it state that the Dragon Ball multiverse is in one big timeline?

2. The kaioshin realm orbits outside of the Main Dragonball Universe. Does it have its own spacetime or is it just separate space?

3. Is heaven considered as wide as the universe here, or is that the afterlife as a whole? I keep seeing switching between either of the two, with most arguments from the latter being 'heaven as wide as the universe is noncanon'.

I would like more than just a one phrase answer please; I'm mainly looking for the sources of info where these things comes from.
