In this thread I would explain why Dimensional wall in Dragon Ball would qualify for Low 1-C but first let me explain to you what does parallelism means

Parallelism

To properly discuss the Dimensional Wall, we first need to clarify what parallelism entails in a dimensional context.

In geometry, two objects are considered parallel if they can be extended infinitely without ever intersecting. However, this property depends on the dimensional framework they exist within.

In 1-D space, two line segments cannot be parallel if they occupy the same axis; extending them guarantees intersection.

In 2-D space, lines can be parallel because they are displaced along a second axis.

In 3-D space, planes can be parallel only if they are displaced along a third spatial axis.

Generalizing this, entire 4-D spacetimes cannot be truly parallel unless they are displaced along an additional spatial dimension.

Thus, if multiple spacetime continuums exist such that they never intersect or overlap regardless of expansion, they must be embedded within a higher-dimensional axis specifically, a space with at least one additional spatial axis beyond standard spacetime.

Dimensional Wall in Dragon Ball

Dimensional Wall exist as a barrier between the living universe and alternate dimensions of the Living World, containing them in it so they won't interact with each other. Those alternate dimensions are big enough to crush the universe in mortal world.
Dimensional Wall isn't just "a wall" between this dimensions, but a space too, big enough to crush the universe of mortal world by its own, suggesting that it functions as a realm or space of its own rather than being a mere void.
In order for Dimensional Wall to contain these 4-dimensional universes—which are parallel to each other and do not interact regardless of expansion—it would require displacement along a higher-dimensional axis, namely an additional spatial dimension beyond the standard three. This would ensure that no matter how far these macrocosms extend, they would never intersect or overlap(not including moments where Dimensional Wall was almost destroyed of course).
Based on tiering logic, this would place Dimensional Wall at 5-dimensional (5D). However, it would not qualify as Low 1-C, as that would require proof that this higher spatial axis has significant extent. That said, there may be alternative arguments that could establish such significance and potentially justify a Low 1-C tier
Note:In Daizenshu Mortal World descibed not only as mortal universe, but as also other dimension since mortal universe is just a part of it.

Time Axis of Dimensional Wall

In the anime and manga, Buu makes a hole in the Dimensional Wall, and after a short amount of time, it repairs itself. However, there's a catch: the Dimensional Wall closes at the same time in both the universe and ROSaT(even humans could get out of the temple and see it close in Mortal universe the same way as characters in ROSaT) (which is shown twice), but time flows differently in each realm. In the universe, a day passes, while in ROSaT, a year passes. If this were the case with the Dimensional Wall, the hole would have closed earlier in the universe and remained visible in ROSaT. This suggests that the Dimensional Wall possesses its own temporal framework. Consequently, DImensional Wall must have an independent time axis, separate from and not governed by the temporal flow of mortal universe and parallel dimensions in Mortal World/realm.
This independent axis would generate an uncountably infinite number of snapshots of this 5D space, making it significant enough to qualify as Low 1-C. Consequently, the entirety of Dimensional Wall would scale to Low 1-C.
To summarize, Dimensional Wall is a realm that contains and separates multiple separated space-times, which establishes it as 5D. Additionally, it has its own independent time axis, resulting in an uncountably infinite set of 5D snapshots. This combination is sufficient to classify Dimensional Wall as Low 1-C.

Effect on cosmology

It would add additional dimensionality to already 5D Neutral Zone, as Dimensional Wall exist in macrocosmoses, that exist in Neutral Zone, which would make +1D to cosmology in all.
Scaling

It would make characters who scale to Buuhan's Vice Shoutr Low-1C

It would make characters from DBH and Xenoverse 8-D via upscaled cosmology

No. The dimensional wall is simply the fabric of spacetime. You're treating it as some entirely separate construct, which you haven't proven. Besides what is already established in the cosmology, you haven't shown a separate time axis, nor do your examples of parallelism apply here. It is simply multiple spacetimes being separated.

Where’s the parallelism? And a difference in time flow is not an indicator of another time axis. This is said per the wiki faq
“Things like timelines having time that passes at different rates would not qualify, as even the theory of general relativity already establishes that with just one regular time dimension time can flow at different rates in different places. Time flowing backwards in another universe would also not qualify it to have an additional time dimension, as it would still use the same directions of past and future as regular time, just with events playing out in reverse. For the same reasons, statements about independent time streams or of separate kinds of time, which could flow parallel to the original time, would not qualify.”

Can ya'll please run threads like this by the guys in the general discussion BEFORE you post them?

異次元空間
ベジッ トに圧倒され、逆上したブウが発 生させた。ブウの周囲の空間が歪 み、出現する。[...] この空間がこの世を おおうと宇宙が消滅する。(see here)

Outside Space
Overwhelmed by Vegito, Buu lost control of his anger and caused [the Outside Space] to emerge. [The Outside Space] appeared after the space surrounding Buu was distorted. [...] If said space enveloped the Living World, the universe would be completely destroyed.
The dimensional wall is never referenced by the excerpt. However, the name of the technique literally means "alternate dimensional space" and directly precedes the excerpt, which itself omits the use of object phrases, thus suggesting the direct object of the text is said alternate dimensional space. Therefore, the dimensional wall is not being described as a "space" in of itself; the "space" in question is referring to the alternate dimension(s) which would eventually enter and crush the Living World through the portals created by Buu, as confirmed by Dende.

Furthermore, a "wall" (壁) is simply a physical boundary. The "dimensional wall" simply refers to the fabric of space.
  • In DBZ chapter 299, Piccolo simply says Buu opened "a hole in the dimension" (次元に穴) itself;
  • In the official synopsis for DBZ Kai episode 139, Buu is described as opening "a hole in the alternate dimensional space" (異次元空間に穴) itself;
  • In the Chōzenshū 4, page 152, the technique used by Buu and Gotenks is described as "Opening a Hole in the Dimension" (次元に穴を開ける) itself, and the special characteristics of the technique include "distorting and tearing open a hole in a dimension" (次元を歪ませ穴を開ける) itself;
  • In Daizenshuu 5, page 187, Buu is described as opening "a hole in space" (空間に穴) itself;
    • In page 190, the hole is further clarified as being "in the space of the Room of Spirit and Time" (精神と時の部屋の空間に) itself;
  • And in Supplemental Daizenshuu, page 117, the Outside Space is described as simply distorting "the space surrounding the enraged Buu" (周囲の空間) itself.
Moreover, the numerous dimensions of the Universe, evidently, are not parallel. Alternate timelines are explicitly parallel worlds and have never interacted without the use of wormhole-creating technology (i.e., Time Machine) or magical items specifically designed for traveling across time (i.e., Time Ring).
  • The Living World and the Room of Spirit and Time are connected by a door.
  • The Lookout exists inside of a separate dimension, which then intersects with the Living World after the Nyoibō is placed atop Korin's Tower.
  • Shockwaves created inside of the Living World can travel across both Other World and the Supreme Kai World.
  • Shunkan Idō can spatially navigate throughout the entire universe, including Other World and the Supreme Kai World.
  • When Gogeta and Broly shatter the fabric of space, they transition directly from the Living World into the Dimension of Swirling Lights.
I'm not an expert of mathematics or geometry, but as far as I'm aware, all of these dimensions do appear to intersect while simultaneously being separated by their individual spatial boundaries. It's like they're all points stacked on top of each other, so if you rip open a hole in one of them, you naturally just cross over to another dimension without needing to spatially connect them, like a wormhole does.

They don't intersect. They are completely separate spacetimes. You need to break spacetime in order to access them. But the argument the OP made is taking terminology and wanking it to the extreme without evidence.
