2-B if we have at least 84 timelines in each Universe and he can destroy them.

at least 2-A if each Universe has infinite timelines and he can destroy them.

Isn't infinite timelines a given per universe since every single action in the world there are choices and a different timeline is made for each one of them and well they said he can destroy all 12 universes casually

Giving them an arbitrary cap would be blatant downplay and would bring issues with other series with alternate timelines too ( who is to say they are infinite if we have seen only a limited number of them?)
