The reason people keep saying that is cause it's true. Yeah Goku has a lot of cool powers and techniques. But his hax is completely pitiful for Tier 2.
 
While it is true. Goku would get curbstomped with dealing with the main characters that roam the Low 2-C tier. He likely couldn't fight the Digimon, Pokemon, Saint Seiya, Final Fantasy or Sailor Moon characters. However, there are still plenty foes he could fight. I could list them if ya'll want proof.

@Cannibalistic999 I don't think anyone is counting glass cannons or those purely Low 2-C via hax/gadgets. They mean people who are all around Low 2-C in stats. In which case, while maybe not the weakest, Goku would still be very badly outmatched by most people in that category.
 
And just so you understand. Just because you can fight a character does not mean you can beat him/her/it.
 
@Ryukama Thats true but i have another question why every page on this wiki is unlocked not only touhou is unlocked but every other page is unlocked and can be edited. what's going on?

IIRC it was a 100 episode season announcedment, when they announced Drago Ball Super for the first time.
 
I head back when DBS started it's will be 100 episodes "i don't remember from where tho " , it's obvious the anime will go above 100 episodes but this really seems like the last arc tbh

Doubt it. If that is the last arc why did they show us 4 extra universes that we will never see anything from them?
 
^Goku can have 10 more new forms but he will never surpass beerus because the plot doesn't allow it

I don't want new form tbh , the blue is so lame imo they should stuck to SSG it look cool as f*ck
