Subs already? That's strange... In both versions (manga and anime) Toppo was not sure if he could win against SSB Goku... Even SSB Vegeta was not paying full attetion to him in their fight... Super maximum light speed mode by Dyspo. God pads couldn't keep up. BUT still no f.c....g clue how fast he was. We know he is at least 1000 times faster then light. That's it.

...so is Dyspo only FTL with his techniques? The newest Super episodes have really seemed to imply even the God tier characters arent Lightspeed let alone FTL.

The narrator said Dyspo is faster-than-light. It is a common trope in fiction. FTL statements have been used for Flash, Runner, Sentry, Thor, Jotaro etc etc before. That doesn't mean they all are just beyond light speed. MFTL+ also classifies as FTL so the narrator didn't contradict our ratings.
As for the "mode" name, we never use names for anything. Otherwise Vegeta's Big Bang attack would be universal, Boros' Collapsing Star Roaring Canon would be Star level, Flash's Infinite Mass Punch would have infinite mass and energy and Piccolo's Makankosappo which translates to "Light of Death" which he used on Raditz would be on par with Dyspo's speed.

Can't wait for possible Low 2-C Vegeta and even Toppo, since apparently "Royal Blue" Vegeta will surpass GoD level in Episode 126 titled "Surpass Even a God! Vegeta's Life-Risking Blow!"

So Dyspo's speed is debated now? I'd like to believe that DBS is FTL in speed by Toei seems to think just lightspeed is impressive now.

People are completely willing to throw "feats > statements" away when it comes to Dyspo for some reason. Early DBZ reaches into Relativistic speeds. Super has numerous MFTL+ feats. Saying Dyspo is the only person capable of light or faster than light speeds (which is never even actually stated) is completely contradicted by feats. If Dragon Ball legit had no FTL feats and this statement was made everyone would go "it's just a statement we need feats" but when feats are actually contradicting this statement no one cares.
